Our Story
Built From the Block Up
The Dee Stall Experience was born from lived experience — a belief that the same streets that challenge our youth can also be the foundation of their greatness.
Where It All Began
The Dee Stall Experience started not in a boardroom, but in a community. Founder Dee Stall grew up navigating the same obstacles that many of the youth she now serves face every day — limited resources, limited representation, and a system that too often overlooks potential.
After years of working in education and community outreach, Dee recognized a gap: young people needed more than programs. They needed mentors who looked like them, believed in them, and refused to give up on them. So she built exactly that.
What started as a single mentorship initiative has grown into a full-scale youth development organization — serving over 2,400 young people across the region through mentorship, leadership academies, community field days, and powerful speaking engagements.
