Our leadership
Meet the Team
The people behind the mission — dedicated to transforming lives through community, leadership, and service.
Founder, C.E.O, C.O.O
Dee Stallworth
As our Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Stallworth has his hands tied to each and every aspect of the organization. With his name and face being the primary identity of the organization, he focuses on community relations and branding. In his role of Chief Operating Officer, he strategizes on which games, challenges, and obstacle courses will be utilized at our community gatherings and our field days. When he founded this organization it was rooted in fostering environments for children to discover their gifts through outdoor assembly and naturally formatted competition. So, he believes the activities are the single most important aspect to keeping the youth engaged.
Dee Stall's passion resides in this organization. Before each community event, he scouts the areas to get a feel for the scenery and the community. This grass roots approach helps the organization aggregate all necessary information before we curate the product. The entire concept of this organization stems from a deep rooted memory of a time before social media and mobile devices ruled the world. Dee Stall stated that he once heard a quote "you can only keep what you have by giving it away". His desire is to keep his child-like enthusiasm that the world gave him as a child. So, in turn he gives similar experiences to the children of today's generation through the Dee Stall Experience.
Mr. Stallworth has a background in sports, youth work, and community relations in the greater Los Angeles area. After graduating from Downey High School in 2012, he went on to Cerritos College as a student-athlete, where he studied sociology. While navigating the ups and downs of a man in his 20's in today's society he recognized that children no longer enjoy the outdoors and create make-shift games strictly from their imagination. From this, he formulated the Dee Stall Experience. To introduce this concept to the world, he took on the task of becoming an author. His book, titled 'Phase 2; Dee Stall Experience' takes the reader on a journey through his good and bad decisions, consequences, growth, and ultimately to the Dee Stall Experience. The book is sold on Amazon and can be found using the link below.
Outside of work, Dee Stall's focus is solely on his 4 year old daughter, Dallas. He enjoys fatherhood more than anything he's ever experienced in this world and he feels like she is the most precious thing ever created. He enjoys watching her learn new things and discover her gifts. Other than parenting, his hobbies are paintball competitions, hiking, and Toastmaster's speakers program.
Executive Director
Kyle Lim
Kyle Lim serves as the Executive Director of Dee Stall Experience, where he is dedicated to creating meaningful opportunities for young people to grow through connection, wellness, and play. His passion stems from a belief that today's youth need more opportunities to step away from screens, build confidence, and experience genuine community.
Kyle works closely with schools, community partners, and volunteers to bring Dee Stall Experience's signature programs—including mental wellness workshops, life skills education, and interactive field days—to students throughout the region. His goal is to create environments where every child feels seen, supported, and excited to participate.
Before joining Dee Stall Experience, Kyle built leadership experience managing teams and developing community relationships. Skills he now uses to expand the organization's impact. In 2021 Kyle earned a B.S degree in business marketing from the California State University, Northridge.
Outside of work, Kyle enjoys hiking, traveling, discovering new local restaurants, and spending time outdoors. He believes that some of life's greatest lessons come from exploring new places, connecting with different communities, and embracing new experiences.
Secretary
Antwanae Hilt-Burks
Antwanae serves as the secretary for the Dee Stall Experience, where she devotes her expertise to preparing and organizing all executive paperwork and diagrams for DSE. She has a background in health care, which is essential in the space of physical activity with children.
Antwanae, often referred to as "Nae", works in close proximity with our C.E.O. Her impact is largely recognized by her perspective as the primary female officer of the organization. She oftentimes brings a perspective that may have been overlooked by the other executives. She is internally viewed as the unsung hero, keeping our C.E.O poised like a counselor does with a client that has to make tough decisions.
Nae has a background in nursing. Where she was officially licensed by the state of California to operate as a nurse in health care. Prior to that was a student at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. The education she has received over the years directly correlates with her being the on-site medical expert at every Dee Stall Experience.
Outside of work, Nae focuses on family. She is a wife, and a mother. Her husband, Jaleen serves in the United States Military. Her daughter, Aria has become her best friend and her son, Jaleen Jr. (Juju) is the prince of the family.
Executive Field Officer and Apparel Management
Kwame Johnson
Kwame Johnson serves as an Executive Field Officer and the manager of all apparel throughout the organization. In his role as a field officer, Kwame creates unique obstacle courses for all DSE participants. In his role with apparel management, Kwame has been the sole creator of all DSE apparel since its conception. He has done the tedious job of making every single shirt that has been printed with the DSE logo on it.
His passion for fitness and education runs deep. In his hometown of Bakersfield, Ca, Kwame is the CEO of his very own business (Highly Favored Inc.) in which he is a private speed and agility coach to young athletes aspiring to join college athletics. With his knowledge and experience working with young athletes Kwame has brought his expertise to DSE and helped us make impactful growth. Mr. Johnson will also be participating in most of our school tour and events across the country.
In 2018, Kwame became a college graduate with a Bachelors of Science at Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa with a major in business management and a minor in history. He went on to become an entrepreneur and has created multiple streams of income for himself. One of his most important has been his background as a substitute teacher. With this, he has been able to gain a level of understanding of kids not only as athletes, but as people. The Bakersfield City School District has also given him the opportunity to visit its campuses to speak with students about the children's book, Jack's Games, and share parts of his personal story.
Outside of work, Mr. Johnson enjoys spending time with his two kids. His daughter, Kassidi is currently excelling in sports as well as school. She continues to make her family proud. His son Kimaree is a very young boy who is his father's pride and joy.
